She lives her life as an example of tenacity and courage to me. She’s encouraging and is always pushing me to be better. How did you get involved in boxing: I had it set in my heart to be a boxer so I set out to find a club, walked in and started training. What is your greatest strength in the ring: My movement in the ring What do you love most about boxing: I love boxing for its discipline and work ethic. To succeed at boxing, a boxer must have the personal drive to work hard even when no one’s looking. A boxer must also have the self-discipline to train and achieve their goals. What are your goals in and out of the ring: My goals in the ring are to continue improving my skill and to gain experience in the ring. My goal is to be a national champion and the best boxer I can be. Outside the ring, my goals is to be a successful firefighter on a municipal fire department as well as a beautician.
