The lawsuit filed by Lisa Kuronya and Portland Boxing Club against United States Amateur Boxing, Inc. and United States Amateur Boxing New England Association in the federal district court in Portland, Maine has been resolved.
USA Boxing and New England Boxing affirm their commitment to promoting equal treatment of males and females in amateur boxing as provided by their by-laws and under the federal Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act.
