USA Boxing Open Applications for National Development Coach

Colorado Springs, Colo. (July 30, 2026)– USA Boxing High Performance is now accepting applications for the organization's National Development Coach position. The National Development Coach will serve as the head coach for all Youth High Performance Team camps and competitions while also serving as an assistant coach for the USA Boxing Elite High Performance Squad, as requested.
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of boxing coaching experience, along with at least one year of coaching experience within USA Boxing's High Performance program or a proven track record of developing national champions across multiple age groups.
All applicants interested in this position also must be a USA Boxing certified coach, and a USA Boxing Gold or Silver certification is preferred but not required. USA Boxing is seeking candidates with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.
