Day Two of the USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival Concludes

The 2026 USA Boxing Junior Olympics and Summer Festival continued Tuesday inside the Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center in Wichita, Kan. USA Boxing saw nonstop action across two sessions as 202 more bouts were decided throughout the day to conclude day two’s slate.

Session one consisted of 111 bouts across five rings featuring Pee Wee, Bantam, and Intermediate male boxers. USA Boxing saw 51 5:0 unanimous decision victories, 26 4:1 split decision victories, 23 3:2 split decision victories, and eight RSC wins in the first session of day two in Wichita.

During the second session, Junior, Youth, and Elite male boxers entered the ring, providing another five hours of nonstop action across 91 bouts. Session two produced 44 5:0 unanimous decisions, 22 4:1 split decisions, and 18 3:2 split decisions, concluding the second of six days.

Day two saw four Wichita native boxers enter the ring, including Fermin Rodela, who secured a 3:2 split decision victory, advancing the Wichita native in the Bantam male 80-pound weight class.

Day three of the Junior Olympics and Summer Festival continues on Wednesday, June 24. Tickets to attend the event are available for purchase at the door for $20 for a day pass, $60 for a week-long pass and $25 to attend Saturday’s championship bouts.
