USA Boxing Opens Applications for 2026 Gold-Level Coaching Certification Courses

USA Boxing is pleased to announce the launch of the application process for three Gold level coaching certification courses taking place in 2026. This certification will serve as a pathway for coaches to become eligible to work with USA Boxing’s High-Performance Teams and to focus on preparing athletes for international competitions.
Coaches who are selected will be invited to Colorado Springs to learn from USA Boxing’s National Coaches and High-Performance staff on topics such as international competition tactics, strength and conditioning, nutrition, injury prevention, maintenance and more. The Gold level certification courses will all take place during a High Performance Training Camps, allowing coaches to see all course content implemented first hand with High Performance Team members.
The 2026 Gold-level coaching certification application will open on Friday, May 1, and remain open until Thursday, May 28.
In order to be eligible for the Gold level certification, coaches must have completed the following prerequisites:
1. USA Boxing Silver-level Certification
2. USA Boxing Nutrition Certification, click HERE

4. USADA Online Coach Education Certification, click HERE
USA Boxing will hold three Gold-level certification clinics in 2026, each lasting one week. The cost per person is $1,000, which includes housing and meals at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center for the week. Flights to Colorado Springs are not included and will be the responsibility of the registered participants/coaches. Selected applicants will be paired with another course attendee in a double room on campus.

Course No. 3 – August 23-30
