I am also well versed with USA Boxing policies and procedures, have made policy change recommendations both within our LBC and other nonprofits to facilitate change, and more.
In mt lifetime I have been both self employed, owning several Cafe's, and served as, for example, the Int. I helped head a team that revamped their global kiosk program for licensees such as Royal Ahold, and regularly interacted with executives within several major corporations.
Education:
I actively review USA Boxing policy and procedural information, review all emails, have attended High Performance Zoom calls, and readily share said information with members of our LBC and beyond. My undergrad major was Law and Society as PSU, where I spent 4 years.
Other Traits, qualities, and characteristics:
I clearly understand USA Boxing's mission and objectives, comprehend the needs of our LBC and the need of any organization to evolve in order that it might grow and thrive, and am deeply invested and married to Boxing. I also feel comfortable in any situation, have excellent time management skills, am organized, motivated, make objective decisions that are uniform, am analytical, creative, and a natural fixer/problem solver.
