I have been a registered coach for about 5 years now. Im also a registered official and do social media work for the LBC, so I am involved in LBC meetings.
I have my own LLC so I am familiar with operations. I am a highschool graduate and master barber. I believe being a former athlete and current coach/official will help me lead the LBC with passion from first hand being involved.
I am a strong leader and choose to lead by example. I will have an open door policy so no person in the LBC feels like they cannot address issues or bring up important matters. I also seek to host more LBC events
I am founder of non profit Crosstown Boxing in Las Cruces New Mexico. We are based in a low income part of town. We bring kids of all ages boys or girls. We are not just a boxing gym we help kids with life skills. Help them Trough school. We enforce education and grades. We bring guest speakers to or gym for careers opportunities. I graduated High school. Mayfield high Las Cruces 1984 and then went to ARMY Honorable discharge 1988. Worked NM CORRECTIONS for 21 years. Retired 2009. Been involved with youth sports since 1992. Baseball football ,wrestling, soccer Track, and Boxing. I was a Union President for my local corrections chapter 3422 AFSCME for two years. I have been an advocate for youth for over 30 years . I feel I can give more to NM Boxing and give more to the Boxing community.
I have been lbc president for 10 years I am very familiar with rules bylaws and my lbc.

Applying for Vice President because I am very involved with lbc 42 . I am a coach and a level 2 official and also a OIC. Would like this position so I can have a say so on the board. I have been registered for 10 years and have ran shows myself. As a OIC and have done chief official position in some shows. I work well with others also.
I am currently the registration chairman and I would love to represent our LBC as Vice President because as being a former USA boxing athlete I know what it takes for these other athletes to step in the ring I believe I can make an impact on others and also help make New Mexico stronger.

Applying for Chief of official because I’m very involved with LBC 42, I am a coach, level 2 offical, and a OIC. Have been an official for 10 years and have ran shows myself as the OIC and have done all positions as an official even done some shows as the chief of officials position. I work well with others and have also helped other lbc with shows as an oic and official.
