USA Boxing Announces Final Rankings for 2025

With less than one week remaining until the start of the 2025 USA Boxing National Championships, USA Boxing announced the final rankings for the 2025 calendar year. USA Boxing will close out the national events calendar in Lubbock, Texas, December 6-13, for this year’s crowning competition.

All ranking points accrued at the 2025 USA Boxing National Championships will be carried over to 2026 and will remain valid through December 1, 2026. These latest rankings include the sixth Tier-1 Regional Tournament held in 2025, the Sugar Bert in Tri-Valley competition.

USA Boxing rankings operate on a rolling, two-year point system, meaning points earned at an event will be maintained for two years. Points earned from an event will be reduced by 50% on December 1 of the following year and by 100% on December 1 of the next year. USA Boxing ranking points do not carry over from one weight class to another, or from one age division to another.

Athletes can only earn ranking points at a USA Boxing-approved ranking event. All athletes in the ranking system must be United States citizens, and documentation must be provided during the registration period to verify the citizenship status of the athlete. Athletes must also be current USA Boxing members in good standing, meaning that the athlete is not under suspension by USA Boxing or World Boxing. Athletes will be categorized by gender, age and weight classification.
