CHECK-IN QUESTIONS
What day do I check-in?
To help with crowd control and allow our members that will not have to box from the beginning of the tournament, we will be doing a rolling check-in. We will still have our normal check-in days of Saturday and Sunday; however, boxers now do not have to check-in until the day before their bracket begins. A complete list of check-in days can be found here.
Daily check-ins on Monday-Thursday will take place 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. each day, so please plan your travel accordingly.
Can I change my weight at check-in?
No, weight changes must be made by March 15, which is the close of registration.
Can coaches register at check-in?
Due to COVID-19 protocols, coaches will not be able to do walk-up registration at this event. Coaches must complete their event registration by March 15 and have all certifications (background, coaching and SafeSport) fully complete before arriving to Shreveport. As a reminder, background screenings can take up to 7-10 business days to complete and SafeSport is now required to be taking yearly, instead of every other year.
Can boxers attend check-in?
For the health and safety of participants, as well as to help keep crowding at a minimum, only coaches will be allowed to attend check-in. Coaches will bring boxers passbooks and other required materials for boxers to be checked in.
