Competition Continues at Shreveport Convention Center

The third and fourth day of the 2020 USA Boxing National Championships, which was originally scheduled for this past December, continued USA Boxing's return to the national stage at the Shreveport Convention Center in Shreveport, La.
Over 300 prep and junior boxers made their tournament debuts and began their national title runs in the morning sessions. With many of the top seeded boxers in these divisions having earned byes in the early round of competition, many of the boxers stepping into the ring took the opportunity to shake off any ring rust and prepare for the week ahead.
The evening sessions saw many of the top seeded youth and elite male boxers take to the ring, including numerous returning champions and former high performance team members boxing their first bout since USA Boxing’s last National Championships, held over 450 days ago.
Competition continues Tuesday with another two sessions of action, 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and all the bouts can be watched on our live stream here.
