USA Boxing Foundation Launches New Website, Brand to Support Foundation and Sport

The USA Boxing Foundation announced today the launch of its new website, featuring an updated mission, vision and branding to better reflect the Foundation and its efforts to support the sport of USA boxing and its boxers.

Housed at usaboxingfoundation.org, the new site offers a hub for supporters of USA Boxing to learn more about the Foundation, the sport and how to help contribute toward its successful future.

“‘In Your Corner’ has been informally used among our team for some time, and I am pleased to see it applied officially, as it represents us well in what we aim to achieve for USA Boxing,” explains Mike McAtee, Executive Director for USA Boxing. “This new site reflects our sincere commitment to nurturing this sport and our boxers, and will hopefully encourage even more enthusiasm and confidence in us from our supporters.”

USA Boxing Foundation’s mission is to advance boxing as the sport of opportunity, providing the environment, tools, training and support to set our boxers on a better course for life. Through programming, scholarships and grants, the Foundation is committed to supporting boxers at every level of the sport investing in today’s youth and tomorrow’s leaders.

Unlike most countries that receive government support for their Olympic sports and athletes, in the U.S, we do not. Now more than ever, USA Boxing is relying heavily on the support of the community to maintain its critical programming and expand access to the sport. Of all the U.S. Olympic sports, our community has the lowest economic and education level representation, and USA Boxing is proud to offer opportunities for everyone.
