by USA Boxing

USA Boxing has posted the qualification guidelines for elite boxers hoping to compete at the 2022 USA Boxing Elite National Championships in a projected Olympic weight division this December.

These guidelines can be read
here or found here

USA Boxing would like to note that there has been an update to the women’s projected Olympic weight classes, based on recent information that has been released by IBA, the International Boxing Association. However, Olympic weight classes will not be finalized until a later date, after being approved by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). USA Boxing will update any further changes to these weight divisions, once known. The weights below are those projected, and the weights that boxers will have to qualify in to compete at the 2022 USA Boxing National Championships.

Boxers that have already qualified to the National Championships can be seen
here. Please continue to check this list for any changes or updates that may happen to qualified boxers.

As a reminder, if a boxer has already qualified to the 2022 USA Boxing Elite National Championships, he or she may not compete in the same weight division at the 2022 Elite USA Boxing National Qualifier or the 2022 Summer Festival. However, he or she may compete in a different weight division.
