USA Boxing Rulebook Revision Requests Form Now Open

USA Boxing is now fielding suggestions for rule revisions and rule additions for the 2026 calendar year. USA Boxing members will be able to submit requests for rule revisions and rule additions through September 30, 2025, for USA Boxing rules that will go into effect on January 1, 2026.

Each year, USA Boxing accepts suggestions for rule revisions or rule additions that will go into effect for the following year. Each suggestion is reviewed by a committee of referees and judges, coaches and staff, who determine necessary changes.

USA Boxing members with rule revision or rule addition suggestions will need to submit their request(s) online at this link HERE. Only suggestions with all questions answered will be considered. If submitting a new rule through the form, USA Boxing members must put “N/A” for questions No. 1 and No. 2, and “NEW RULE” for question No. 3.
