USA Boxing Calls for Candidates for LBC Election

USA Boxing Local Boxing Committee (LBC) Elections will take place this year, and USA Boxing is calling for candidates for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chief of Officials, and 3 Athlete Representatives.
Candidate applications will be available Sept. 1, 2023.

LBC Election Timeline
August 1: Notification sent to all USA Boxing registered non-athletes, and athletes who are 18 years of age or older announcing that elections are taking place within the LBC.
September 1: Call for Candidates sent out
September 15: Candidate Information due to USA Boxing via online submission
October 23: Email stating eligible candidates and those that win by acclamation (no one running against) announced
November 1: Voting begins via SimplyVoting.com
November 15: Voting ends
November 29: Announcement of Winners
December: Run-off elections (if needed) via Simply.Voting.com
January 1: LBC Board of Directors take office
